What's in a name?

Snot is for "Snot Lotion": On my son's latest visit to the doctor (thought it would just be allergy-related, turned out it was bronchitis and double ear infection--Mother of the Year!) I asked Doc when Z could return to school. As we looked at him, he wiped his nose with his hands and then rubbed it up to his elbows. Doc said he could go to school when he stopped using his snot as a lotion. Needless to say, we launched into Kleenex training that day!

Kisses is for "Kiss-E-Mo Kisses": This is my daughter's way of saying "Eskimo Kisses". We snuggle in bed at night and give each other butterfly kisses and kissemos. I lay there thinking, "I can't believe I have my very own girl!" It is the sweetest thing to hear her giggle because my kiss-e-mos tickle her nose.

I am so excited to write down (mainly for me and my bad memory) our life. I love being a wife and mommy...there is never a dull moment! I think writing about my life, husband and kids will help me reflect on my many blessing. Enjoy!
