My favorite people...Skip, Zeb, Langley and Wit
Finding the Woman in "Mommy"
Wiping noses and bottoms, doing dishes and laundry, making beds and lunches and endless meals...I have lost the woman inside me. I pray this blog will help me find myself again in the midst of the mundane tasks of mommyhood. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE being a mommy and wife...with all my heart. It is better than I ever imagined, but the endless work has snuffed out some of my joy. My sister-friend says to "savor every moment." So here is my attempt to live to the fullest during this stage of life.

Actually it was 250 balloons and probably 10 gal of water on each of us instead of in the balloons. Boy did we all have fun and don't forget the entire pan of brownies that we devoured at the end of the fight! What are we going to do to top this one?
