First Person.

Stolen moment while dinner was cooking. He crawled in my lap and wanted to draw. The sweet smell of baby shampoo and innocence rose to meet me. How could I refuse?

Step by {baby} step we drew together.
I talked. He echoed.

Circle.
circle.

One big line.
one big wine.

Two arms.
two ar-ums.

Two legs.
two wegs.

Hair.
hair.

Two eyes.
two ey-uh-zuhs.

One nose.
one nose.

Big smile.
big smile.

Two ears.
two ear-uh-zuhs.

All done!
all done!

May be scribbles to you.  Precious to me.

Hello-

I was wondering if you accept guest posts? I have an article that I would like to submit that is about dancing and how it relates to fitness. Primrose Schools is hosting a Dance Off competition for families and I think it is something you and your readers would enjoy!

I am also interested in any advertising opportunities that you may have that I can forward along to my marketing team.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Thank you,
Emily Patterson

so precious.

i imagine us on God's lap. Him not refusing us, but taking the moments we belong to only him. we draw together, he leads, "circle one big line..." and we scribble. our scribbles oh so precious to Father God.
