Reminds me of the time my cousin told my mother her teeth were yellow and my aunt chimed in and told her that when people got older their teeth got more yellow.
hilarious janelle! really, very funny! and i love celeste's comment...and just to make you feel even better...i've never noticed your nose hair either. but you can bet your bottom dollar i'll be looking for it next time i see you! : )
That is tooo funny!!! You should check out my next to last post though...as it is on a similar subject...CHIN hair. (not that I have any, oh no, not me!!!)
oh I don't even want to TALK about hair in unusual places...thanks to my mom and grandma, it's hereditary....i have a little patch on my neck, my upper lip is starting to darken and just recently I noticed a slight excess of hair out my nose....mind you i'm only 24. This will not continue...i will rip it all out first. haha. So if this is older, I don't want to see myself at 50. HAHA. Anyways, you did crack me up...particularly since I totally relate. And glad to see you bloggin again, too. =)
Wiping noses and bottoms, doing dishes and laundry, making beds and lunches and endless meals...I have lost the woman inside me. I pray this blog will help me find myself again in the midst of the mundane tasks of mommyhood. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE being a mommy and wife...with all my heart. It is better than I ever imagined, but the endless work has snuffed out some of my joy. My sister-friend says to "savor every moment." So here is my attempt to live to the fullest during this stage of life.

My mother was like, "harumph!"
So what did you say in response?
Kitty,
I did the only thing a mature and caring mother would do.
I pushed my sweet children out of the way and ran screaming for the mirror!
Nellie-you are beautiful. Those kids are just learning their manners from their daddy!
ahahaha!! That's hilarious! If it makes you feel any better I've never noticed your nose hair.

Now that you have shared that I won't be able to keep from looking to see if I see nose hairs.

LOL!!!! And, don't you love how pregnancy seems to bring out hair in places you'd never seen it before!
Gotta love moments like these...they keep us humble!
