What a fun bunch! It's pretty rare that you come across a princess lion!
I think we have similar taste in decorating. Are those green Spode plates flanking your dining nook shelf? (Yes, I enlarged the photo to check out our kitchen.) If so, I've never known anyone (other than me!) who has green Spode. If not, still pretty!
Actually, the plates belonged to Skip's grandparents. Those are the only 2 we have. I am dreading the day they get hit with a flying missile. But if they do, I can replace them with Spode.
Wiping noses and bottoms, doing dishes and laundry, making beds and lunches and endless meals...I have lost the woman inside me. I pray this blog will help me find myself again in the midst of the mundane tasks of mommyhood. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE being a mommy and wife...with all my heart. It is better than I ever imagined, but the endless work has snuffed out some of my joy. My sister-friend says to "savor every moment." So here is my attempt to live to the fullest during this stage of life.

Yes, the princess lion is a rare breed!
