Actually, that's not true.
The coffee, I have no problem with. The amount of cream and sugar it takes to make that coffee tasty, that's the problem.
I think there is a direct correlation to my cup of cream and my waistline.
Anyway, I am giving it two weeks to see.

i too take my creamer with coffee.
i won't say anymore about it's yummy goodness (oops, slipped) so i don't tempt you.
you are a brave brave woman. i am not a coffee drinker but take my caffeine in the form of fountain soda. i gave it up for lent last year. yep a tough one.

I halfed the sugar in my coffee, working my way to zero sugar & lowfat milk only.
It's going well.
Now to tackle the (new-to-me) late night snacking.
Oy.
I drank my coffee yesterday with just truvia in it. 0 calories. And it sucked.
