I desperately need to blog our last 24 hours, but not today. Skip and I are enjoying a quiet, kid-free house thanks to Ma & Pa. We have turned off the phones and are enforcing a day of rest. We are savoring time together.
Here is a teaser from yesterday. More will follow!

Looks like fun! Looking forward to hearing about it:-)
Enjoy the day of rest and silence- sounds heavenly!
A day of rest?!!!! What's that? I can't wait to hear teh rest of the story. I heard it was fabulous! I'm sure that dress was worth every penny!!!!! What great memories. I can't wait to scrapbook them with you. How about Tuesday?
Ohhh, I hope you had a great day! For Halloween this year, Hope is going to be Padme and Naomi will be Yoda. Too funny.
that IS a tease!!! but i will wait patiently!
You know I am on the edge of my seat over here! I heard it was a smashing success. Wish I had a curly headed three year old so I could have bounced in that candy filled house!
How wonderful. A Sunday that was actually, and truly, a day of rest! Hope you enjoyed and were able to rest!
Oooooooh, I can't wait! :)
No fair...(regarding the teaser)
So glad you could have couple time.
Enough is enough. You have had your break. Now I want details, please.

Okay, I thought I left a comment earlier. Sometimes I think I am losing my mind!
I love pumpkin carving, just not the mess. It is an activity that I usually leave to Rich (the creative one).
Loved seeing the pics of the birthday party since I was unable to be there. However, without photographic evidence of any of my family members there I am not sure whether to believe my husband when he says he attended. You know his track record with birthday parties!
